What is the Innovation Factory?
The Innovation Factory is a hands-on training program inside a real production facility for manufacturing and assembling mobile charging cables.
You will train on: assembly – welding – insulation – injection – testing – quality inspection.
In addition to the technical aspect, you will acquire behavioral, managerial, and entrepreneurial skills that will help you enter the job market or start your own project.
Who can participate?
If you:
Are aged from 18 to 30 years
Are a resident of Greater Cairo
Are a graduate of technical schools / institutes / technological universities
Majors: Electrical – Mechatronics – Electronics
Do you have basics in electricity or electronic assembly?
It means... if you have the basics... we will teach you professionalism
What will you learn?
Manufacturing and assembling technology accessories (charging cables)
Welding - Insulation - Testing - Quality Inspection
Work practically with your hands on an active production line
Vocational Training + Project Management + Entrepreneurship

Test + simple interview to assess the level
Attendance commitment of 70% to obtain the certificate
